About the team:
As a Technical Support Analyst you will have the mission to delight customers in answering any questions that may arise regarding the use and integration of Zenvia's communication API. He will be responsible for helping the client with medium / high complexity problems, following the entire solution. It will deal with national and international customers, in addition to having to provide support for customers who are software developers.
