Job description
We are looking for a creative professional who is able to think and develop, through the visual aspect, the best experience for the different audiences and contact points of the Zenvia brand.
This person will work in the Communication and Digital structure with a focus on the development of digital and offline communication pieces of the marketing team's actions. In addition, he will be responsible for creating, developing, refining and approving creative ideas.
Think strategically, master the creative process from start to finish. Work independently and collaboratively. Liking technology and innovations and wanting to be part of a fast growing company are differentials!
Main responsibilities
- Creative direction;
- Concept development and creation of KVs for campaigns;
- Creating pieces for social media;
- Creation of banners / pieces for online and offline media;
- Creating templates and presentations;
- Lead efforts related to visual identity and brand;
- Help define the best design practices and ensure the quality of material replication by the teams;
- Be responsible for the visual uniqueness and way of presenting Zenvia.
Requirements and skills
- Portfolio that demonstrates experience in art direction and creation;
- Domain Adobe package or other graphics software;
- Tuned into the trends of graphic and digital design;
- Organized to manage demands and priorities;
- Deal positively with feedbacks about your work and an environment that is constantly changing;
- Interest in solving challenging problems and the ability to show and communicate different solutions through design;
- Ability to work in an agile environment and communicate your ideas to the Marketing team;
- Positive attitude, open mind and desire to collaborate and learn.
Additional information
Desirable / nice to have:
- Graduate in Design, Advertising, Communication or related areas;
- Knowledge of video creation;
- English and Spanish;
- Involved with the design community and the latest trends.
