Main responsibilities
- Focus on maintaining our main customers and winning new business;
- Determined, enthusiastic and irreverent professional with excellent knowledge in medium and large B to C companies, and proven networking in the areas of business, finance, credit, collection and marketing of these companies;
- Adds value to the sales area, planning and monitoring the commercial process to increase the performance and consumption of our platform for customers, as well as the sale of new products in our already consolidated customer portfolio;
- Guides, informs, develops and trains the commercial team for which it will be responsible; motivating his team to constantly expand his knowledge through study and interest in expanding the range of professional skills;
- Understands the customer's need, proposing improvements to the team and transversal to customer satisfaction with Zenvia;
- Prepares periodic reports on the actions and results of the Unit in order to allow knowledge of the company's management;
- Participates in the definition of sales strategies for products and services, taking into account market prices and variables that can influence the supply and demand process;
- Plans the sales strategy to achieve the goals and penetrate customers with new products in our portfolio. Structure actions with the team and with marketing for ABM and outbound;
- Organizes and monitors CRM, Pipeline, sales funnel, Forecast and budget information;
- Analyzes competition, trends and market conditions by proposing and monitoring actions with the team to increase the product portfolio in the customer base;
- Experience in managing multidisciplinary teams ranging from SDR / BDR (pre-sales), from sales executive to solution architect.
Requirements and skills
- Experience in medium and large companies, with networking and access to decision makers in their business areas;
- Minimum 5 years of sales experience with a focus on customer relationships in an already established portfolio;
- Experience in sales of digital products, SaaS and CpaaS;
- It will be considered a differential, having traffic, also, in the IT areas;
- Experience (minimum 5 years) in sales team management and training.

Languages:
- Advanced English skills;
- Desirable Spanish.
